Atze’s Corner

Founded by vigneron Andy Kalleske, Atze’s Corner wines are handcrafted with estate-grown, handpicked fruit from the northern end of the Barossa Valley. While winemaking is a new chapter for the Kalleske family, they are no strangers to the Barossa Valley; the first Kalleske’s tended vineyards here in 1847, making Andy the sixth successive generation of his family to be involved in grape growing. Together with his parents John & Barb, the family works to nurture the fragile old vines and produce the wines of Atze’s Corner.

The peppery spice, the vanilla of oak, the dark fruits and licorice of the aroma flow through to the palate and wrap the rich tannins in a layer of flavor. You’re left with a lingering finish of cacao and the hope that there’s another glass available.
